Throughout my career as a psychologist, I always believed that every individual needs a space. A space where we can talk without being judged, a space where we can share our perspective and an atmosphere where your thoughts would be respected. I would like to provide that space, even one where you just want to share. It is the space where trust is built mutually between the patient and the therapist from the very first session.
I believe that therapy is the space where individuals can actualize their potential.
I use an eclectic approach as I believe that therapy is tailored to the individual’s needs. I draw techniques from CBT, DBT, Interpersonal approach, existential and client centered therapy.
